Education

  • 1988, born in Shandong.
  • In 2010, he graduated from the School of Design, Jiangnan University.
  • From 2010 to 2012, he worked in Guangdong Architectural Design and Research Institute.
  • From 2012 to 2014, he lived in seclusion in Yuelu Mountain in Changsha, studying Laozi and Zhuangzi philosophy and Taoist Numerology.
  • 2014-2018 Received his architectural education at Aalto University and the Oslo School of Architecture.
  • 2018-2019, anthropological fieldwork, visited the ancient Zen dojos in Henan and Jiangxi provinces.
  • From 2020 to 2023, he graduated from the Department of Architecture of Aalto University with a master’s degree and created art full-time.
  • The master’s thesis won the best paper of 2020 awarded by the Talonpoikaiskulttuurisäätiö Foundation
  • In 2023, he began his doctoral studies at the Department of Architecture of the University of Tampere.

Teaching Experiences

  • From 2006 to 2010, he taught elementary school students basic painting in his spare time.
  • In 2007, he taught at Datong Primary School in Jinping County, Guizhou Province during the summer vacation.
  • In 2008, he taught at Baoshan Township Primary School in Yulong County, Lijiang City, Yunnan Province.
  • 2017, he taught colour composition courses online.
  • In 2018, he presided over the construction of children’s educational buildings in Changsha.
  • In 2021, he remotely conducted a workshop for painting creation based on phenomenology.

Teaching Philosophy

Art is the expression of sincerity and honesty. Rather clumsy than clever, advocating nature. Taking phenomenology as the guiding ideology, through pen and paper, students are trained in the method of perceiving the living world. Open your eyes to beauty and expand your imagination.
